Thanks Mark, it was very exciting – especially the race of Marc EA8FF and Piotr SQ9D to get up the D4C/D4Z mountain before propagation faded! I’m extremely thankful to them for all their efforts and getting a great result after some years’ work. A mention to Terry, M0VRL, too – his qso with them was about 6km short of mine, quite exceptional. The potential from D4 is even more, if they don’t make a greater distance during this opening it will surely happen one day 😉
